Subsidence caused concrete piles to drop and lean. Remedy was to jack and reset existing piles, pack to level, remove a chimney that had been pulling the house down, and install three anchor piles plus conventional piles to strengthen the foundation.
External load-bearing walls had dropped due to rot in Totara piles and floor bearers. We installed new piles and bearers as required, restoring the home's structural integrity. The real-estate agent owner was able to sell the property shortly after completion.
