Remedial foundation work Tokomaru Bay

Re-level areas of house where subsidence cause concrete piles to drop and lean. Remedy was jack, reset existing piles and pack to make level. Included was also removing chimney which had pulled the house down and installing three anchor piles and some conventional piles.
Customer feedback: The service I have received from Allied Repiling has been outstanding. I wanted my house level for renovations and within a week of making contact the job is done, very tidy, great communication throughout the process and everything was explained by Gavin. 10/10 from me.

Hamilton Waikato Repiling 2023

External load bearing walls in portions of the house had dropped, Allied Repiling identified that some Totara piles and floor bearers had rot. We installed new piles and bearers as required. The real-estate agent owner was very happy and was able to soon later sell the house – 15 April 2023
Re-leveling in Huntley 2023
​
Due to subsidence the left side rear portion of the house had sunken. The remedy was to jack and pack existing piles so that area of the house would then be restored back to level and then installed four new piles in between existing piles to increase the load carrying footprint stopping further sinking.
Hamilton Project 2022
​
Corner of house sunken and windows jammed. Remedied the area in question by replacing four crumbling concrete piles and inserting three jack studs, also we installed packing to other existing piles to make the house foundation level and compliant again.
